Class Time : The class could be finished 1~2 minutes earlier in order to prepare for the next class.

Payment : After arranging the schedule, your payment must be made in order to send you the class files.

Delay for Classes
: All delay requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your class time. If not, your class will automatically be canceled
* Please be aware that a number of delays that you can request is limited*
- For those students who are having 1~2 times a week class, you can only delay the class once.
- For those students who are having 3~4 times a week class, you can only delay the classes 2 times

Absence of Class
(a) Student's Absence : Your teacher will keep calling you and wait for you for 15 minutes. But if you don't answer the call beyond the 15 minutes, your class will automatically be canceled.
(b) Teacher's Absence : If your teacher doesn't call you without informing you in advance, your class will automatically be delayed and you will get a 3 USD discount when you re-register.

Refund Policy
(a) Your Cancellation request must be informed at least 24 hours before your class time. If not, that day of the class will be counted
*Only the Tuition Portion is Refundable as below
- If you have classes more than 2/3 : 70% of Tuition
- If you have classes more than 1/2 : 50% of Tuition
- If you have classes less than 1/2 : No Refund
(b) From the date that you request the cancellation, a number of your remaining classes will be counted and we will let you know how much portion of refund you can get.

Where are all Ameli's teachers from?
You might wonder if we are hiring an Arabian teachers because Ameli's tuition is so cheap. We have been through our own hiring process and are serving only good French teachers. Instead of spending money on outsourcing, textbook production, marketing, etc., they are all done directly and offered at reasonable prices.
2. Can I have a class with Skype on my smartphone?
Yes, but we recommend that you use Wifi as much as possible, since 4G/LTE may experience limitations regarding MVOIP.
3. Can I get some documents for company submission?
Of course. If you request, we can issue a certificate for you guys. If you apply for issue, we will issue it within 2 to 3 business days.
